01 / WHO WE ARE

A disciplined
approach to scale.

WHG Data Center is a proposed venture of White Hand Global LLC, building on a background in government and commercial contracting to explore the development of future mission-critical digital infrastructure.

The proposed 26-acre Penn Laird campus is being evaluated as a phased project. Design choices, electrical capacity, infrastructure availability, permitting and capital requirements remain subject to detailed study. The design objective is to align with applicable U.S. federal security and operational requirements for potential agency use, subject to verification and approval.

✓ No finalized utility commitments, operating capacity or construction schedule are represented.
02 / SYSTEMS UNDER EVALUATION

Power, cooling,
and control — together.

Architecture-first thinking. Every critical system is being evaluated for compatibility, resilience and operational efficiency.

◇01

Utility interconnection

Regional grid supply under review. SVEC discussions remain preliminary; Dominion feasibility review remains pending.

♨02

On-site generation

Studying gas generation and turbine configurations, resilience requirements, black-start strategy and equipment lead times.

▥03

Energy storage

Battery energy storage concepts for rapid ride-through, peak support and resilient power operation.

⌘04

Intelligent microgrid

A coordinated protection, distribution and control layer is being evaluated. No final topology has been selected.

◉05

Advanced liquid cooling

Evaluating direct-to-chip and other high-density cooling approaches with energy and water use as key design considerations.

⬡06

Reliability by design

N+1 redundancy is a planning objective for selected critical systems, subject to engineering validation.

☼   Optional future studies: renewable generation and potential grid export, only if technically, commercially and legally feasible.

A SIMPLIFIED SYSTEM VIEW

One coordinated energy strategy.

Conceptual discussion diagram only. Physical power flows, protective equipment and control interfaces require engineering design.

03 / DEVELOPMENT PATH

Stage by stage.
Evidence before commitment.

Study-stage capacity references are planning objectives only, not utility-approved availability or a forecast of completed construction.

EXPLORATORY250 kW

Pilot-scale concept

Assessing technical configuration and initial deployment economics.

PHASE 01 / TARGET6 MW

First major deployment

Subject to utility agreements, permits, anchor demand, engineering and financing.

FUTURE / TARGET12 MW

Phased expansion

Potential longer-term development envelope; not a committed capacity.

04 / RESEARCH VISION

Make every
kilowatt-hour count.

WHG is investigating approaches to improve energy used per completed AI computation, including coordinated GPU operation and liquid-cooling controls. Research feasibility, originality and performance improvements have not yet been demonstrated.

THE EFFICIENCY VISION Maximize useful computing delivered for each unit of electricity consumed. This ambition is evaluated scientifically through kWh per completed standardized AI workload, not by equating kilobytes with kilowatts.

◎
PRIMARY RESEARCH METRIC

Energy per completed AI workload (kWh / standardized work)

◫
SECONDARY METRIC

Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE), where facility-scale measurement applies

05 / PARTNER DISCUSSION

A clear starting point
for technical dialogue.

For engineering firms, utilities and potential capital partners. Current discussions are exploratory and do not represent partnership commitments.
